Pricing Plan Details
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. DoubleDesk may update pricing at any time. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel, with 30 days' notice. When a subscription ends, all data is deleted.
Every plan includes all features, and usage time is billed only when an activity actually takes place a call, a task, an order, a booking, an email check, a social post, an outbound call, and so on. You're only ever charged by the minute, and only for the time DoubleDesk is actually working.

How your minutes work
Professional and Ultimate come with a pool of included minutes that lands in your account at the start of each month. Explorer is pay-as-you-go, so there's no monthly pool you simply pay for the minutes you use.
Flex Time and rollover
Flex Time is extra time you can buy whenever your included minutes are running low or have run out. You buy it in one-hour blocks, it's charged by the minute (so you only ever use what you need), and it never expires. Your rolled-over minutes land in this same pool, so nothing you've paid for or earned ever goes to waste. Each plan's Flex Time rate is shown on the plan itself.

No. You can add your whole team to DoubleDesk at no extra cost per person — there's no limit on users and no per-seat fee. Everyone who needs access gets it, and you simply choose what each person can see and do.
The first 30 minutes of every transferred call are on us. When DoubleDesk puts a caller through to you or your team, that conversation is still running on our system, but we include the first half hour free, every time. Many other services keep charging right to the end. We don't.
