Pricing Plan Details
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. DoubleDesk may update pricing at any time. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel, with 30 days' notice. When a subscription ends, all data is deleted.
Every plan includes all features, and usage time is billed only when an activity actually takes place a call, a task, an order, a booking, an email check, a social post, an outbound call, and so on. You're only ever charged by the minute, and only for the time DoubleDesk is actually working.

The plans

  • Explorer - a pay-as-you-go plan. Your usage is added up and billed at the end of each month at $30/hour, charged by the minute. It's a great way to try DoubleDesk, and you can upgrade at any time — we'll switch you to the new plan's rate straight away and adjust the difference on your next bill.
  • Professional - includes 600 minutes (10 hours) of usage time a month, perfect for a busy small business. Any extra time is billed at $22/hour, charged by the minute. And if you don't use all 600 minutes in a month, don't worry — we roll 50% of your unused minutes into Flex Time (see below).
  • Ultimate - includes 1,800 minutes (30 hours) of usage time a month, ideal for offices with 10 or more staff. Ultimate gives you the power to create a whole range of personalized Workers, saving you time and money. Any extra time is billed at $18/hour, charged by the minute, and 50% of unused minutes roll into Flex Time.

How your minutes work
Professional and Ultimate come with a pool of included minutes that lands in your account at the start of each month. Explorer is pay-as-you-go, so there's no monthly pool you simply pay for the minutes you use.
Flex Time and rollover
Flex Time is extra time you can buy whenever your included minutes are running low or have run out. You buy it in one-hour blocks, it's charged by the minute (so you only ever use what you need), and it never expires. Your rolled-over minutes land in this same pool, so nothing you've paid for or earned ever goes to waste. Each plan's Flex Time rate is shown on the plan itself.

Getting started
Every plan begins with a guided onboarding session with one of our team. After that, it depends on your plan:

  • Explorer (Self Setup) - you complete our Mastering DoubleDesk training courses, then build your own Playbooks and Workers.
  • Professional (Quick Start) - we build your first two Workers or Playbooks for you (any mix — two Workers, two Playbooks, or one of each), so you're up and running quickly.
  • Ultimate (White Glove) - we build up to five of your first Workers or Playbooks (in any combination), and run a personalized 30-minute training session that walks you through every feature.

Support
On Explorer, support is by email send us a question, and our support team emails you back with the answer. On Professional and Ultimate, you get phone and email support, so you can call our support line and talk an issue through with our team, or email us, whichever suits you best.

Choose pay-as-you-go or a plan with hours included, and top up with extra time whenever you need it. A call is counted from the moment DoubleDesk answers to the moment it hangs up and nothing more.

No. You can add your whole team to DoubleDesk at no extra cost per person — there's no limit on users and no per-seat fee. Everyone who needs access gets it, and you simply choose what each person can see and do.

The first 30 minutes of every transferred call are on us. When DoubleDesk puts a caller through to you or your team, that conversation is still running on our system, but we include the first half hour free, every time. Many other services keep charging right to the end. We don't.

Workers are only charged while they're actually doing the job never while they're waiting on you. So a task that takes an hour of back-and-forth might be just a few minutes of billed time. With DoubleDesk, you pay for the work, not the waiting.
